Hard Skills Training Center (HSTC) - A & E firm completed detailed interviews with DS subject matter experts to develop the Program of RequirementsHSTC - The Project Team will conduct a site evaluation workshop on Monday, August 17. This workshop will pare the current list of 14 sites to a short-list of 5-7 for further detailed analysis.
HSTC - The Project Team concluded the programmed visits to existing training facilities with a visit to the FLETC North facility in Cheltenham, MD.Cyber Security - Continuing efforts to get additional subcontractors on board to support ARRA
HSTC - Finalized A&E contract to KCCT (Karn, Charuhas, Chapman, & Twohey).Data Center - Brief the Under Secretary for Management regarding the GSA costs to obtain approval to go forward.
Cyber Security - Project Manager Chris Miller's start date set for August 24th

Data Center - Continued to work with GSA to reach agreement on the MOA and costs for ESOC West services and to provide funding for site preparation activities.
Data Center - Delivered the preliminary Master Plan and Concept Design.
