Personal Representative Gary Hart Travel to Belfast and Dublin

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s Personal Representative, former Senator Gary Hart, will travel to Belfast, United Kingdom, and Dublin, Ireland, December 13-15, to encourage continued implementation of the December 2014 Stormont House Agreement and November 2015 Fresh Start Agreement.

During his December 13-14 visit to Belfast, Personal Representative Hart is scheduled to meet with UK Secretary of State for Northern Ireland James Brokenshire, First Minister Arlene Foster, Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness, and other political leaders.

On December 14, he will travel to Dublin to meet with Foreign Minister Charlie Flanagan. While in Dublin, Personal Representative Hart will also deliver a public lecture at the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
