Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTI Persons Randy Berry will travel to The Hague, Netherlands November 2 - 4 by invitation of the Dutch and Uruguayan Governments to attend a meeting of the Equal Rights Coalition. The Coalition, comprised of 31 countries and co-chaired by the Netherlands and Uruguay, seeks to promote equality for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or sex characteristics. Member governments will share best practices on advancing the human rights of LGBTI persons and enhancing diplomatic coordination in support of that goal.
