Applications from young entrepreneurs are due on March 20th for the fifth annual Global Business Institute program, a public-private partnership between the State Department and the Coca-Cola Company. The scholarship program brings 100 young entrepreneurs from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, the Palestinian territories, Pakistan, and Tunisia to the United States for a month-long summer business program at the Indiana University Kelly School of Business.

The program helps the young entrepreneurs build key skills and business acumen. Through an accelerated curriculum, participants learn about American international business practices and successful strategies for competing in the global economy. Previous years’ program alumni have returned to their home countries and created jobs by starting successful businesses or expanding existing ventures.
