Secretary Kerry's Meeting with Qatar, Italy and the United Nations

Secretary of State John Kerry met with his counterparts from Qatar and Italy, Foreign Ministers al-Thani and Gentilioni, along with UN SRSG for Libya, Martin Kobler, to review counter-ISIL efforts and to discuss the current political situation in Libya, and how the international community ‎could further support Libyan efforts to move forward with its new Government of National Accord. The Ministers agreed to urge Libya's Presidency Council to agree on a final cabinet to submit to the county's legislature, the House of Representatives, for a final vote on Monday February 8.
