Ambassador Thomas A. Shannon, Counselor of the Department of State, will travel to Ottawa November 16.

Ambassador Shannon will meet with senior officials at Global Affairs Canada, the Department of National Defence, and the Privy Council Office to discuss issues of common national interest.
