Assistant Secretary Nuland Travels to Vienna, Brussels, and Berlin
Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland will join U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry November 13–14 in Vienna, Austria, where he will hold bilateral and multilateral meetings with foreign counterparts to discuss the ongoing crisis in Syria.
She will then travel to Brussels, Belgium, to meet with NATO leaders and senior European Union officials to discuss the broad range of global and regional issues.
On November 17, Assistant Secretary Nuland will attend the Berlin Security Conference, where she will deliver the keynote address on the importance of security cooperation as a pillar of the transatlantic relationship. She will also meet with senior German government officials to discuss a range of global issues, including Ukraine, Syria and migration.
