Fine Arts Committee Meeting, Friday, November 6
The Fine Arts Committee of the Department of State will meet on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the Thomas Jefferson Room (8th floor, Department of State). The meeting will last until approximately 3:00 p.m. and is open to the public.
The agenda for the committee meeting will include a summary of the work of the Fine Arts Office since its last meeting on June 2, 2015 and the announcement of gifts and loans of furnishings as well as financial contributions from January 1, 2015 through October 31, 2015.
Public access to the Department of State is strictly controlled and space is limited. Members of the public wishing to take part in the meeting should telephone the Fine Arts Office at (202) 647-1990 by October 26, 2015, providing their name, date of birth, citizenship; and government issued ID number [i.e., U.S. government ID (agency), U.S. military ID (branch), passport (country) or driver's license (state)] in order to gain admittance. All attendees must use the "C" Street entrance located at 2201 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20520. One of the following valid IDs will be required for admittance: any U.S. driver's license with photo, a passport, or a U.S. government agency ID. Attendees should expect to remain in the meeting for the entire session. The public may take part in the discussion as long as time permits and at the discretion of the chairman.
