Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL General John Allen will travel to London on September 13 for a series of bilateral meetings on Coalition efforts to degrade and defeat ISIL. General Allen will then travel to Copenhagen on September 15 to meet with Danish and other Nordic partners in the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL.
