Ambassador William R. The global conference is co-hosted by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Anti-Narcotics Police Directorate of the Colombian National Police. While in Cartagena, Assistant Secretary Brownfield also will also participate in a ceremony highlighting INL’s donation of six high-speed interceptor boats from Safe Boats International to strengthen the Colombian Navy’s interdiction efforts along the Colombian coastline.
