Ambassador Scheinman Travels to Austria and the Republic of Korea for Meetings on NPT RevCon

Special Representative of the President for Nuclear Nonproliferation, Ambassador Adam Scheinman, will travel to Jeju, South Korea, and Vienna, Austria, December 2-10 for consultations in preparation for the 2015 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference (NPT RevCon). In Jeju, Ambassador Scheinman will participate in a panel discussion on the NPT RevCon at a conference co-organized by the Republic of Korea and the United Nations. In Vienna, Ambassador Scheinman and Acting Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance Anita Friedt will attend the Vienna Conference on the Humanitarian Impact of Nuclear Weapons.
