Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations Announces Final Selection for Real Estate Appraisal and Advisory Services
The Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has selected eight firms for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Real Estate Appraisal and Advisory Services solicitation.
The selected firms are:

DTZ
Dunkin Realty Advisors
Jones Lang LaSalle
Knight Frank
KPMG
The selected firms will provide a range of services, including, but not limited to, real estate appraisals, highest and best use evaluations, rent studies, feasibility studies, property searches, and other real estate consulting services for a variety of property types worldwide.
