Ambassador Robert King, Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues, will travel to Geneva March 10-14 to participate in the UN Human Rights Council’s 22^nd Session. On March 11, the UN Human Rights Council will review the human rights record of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (D.P.R.K.).
