This project will improve circulation for visa applicants, and includes reconfiguration and expansion of office space to accommodate two shifts of interviews for non‑immigrant visa applicants and a larger consular staff. The project, scheduled for completion in December 2012, will substantially increase daily processing of non-immigrant visa applicants and will augment the number of Brazilian tourists able to visit the United States.
