This conference is the annual regional partnership event for the U.S. – North Africa Partnership for Economic Opportunity (NAPEO), announced last year at the inaugural U.S. – Maghreb Entrepreneurship Conference in Algeria as part of the global alliance, Partners for a New Beginning.
