Eugenia W. Davis is a Foreign Service Officer who joined INL as Special Assistant in July 2016. Her prior assignments include Nonimmigrant Visa Chief in Abu Dhabi, E Visa Chief at the U.S. Consulate General in Toronto, and Vice Consul in Guadalajara. During an earlier stint in the Foreign Service, she served in Honduras, Washington, and El Salvador before resigning to pursue other interests. She has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.A. in Spanish Translation from Kent State University.
