Nicole Chulick is a career diplomat with the U.S. State Department and currently serves as the Deputy Coordinator for Products in the Bureau of International Information Programs. She previously served as the Deputy Director for Press and Public Diplomacy in the Bureau for South and Central Asian Affairs, and an extended period as Acting Director, providing policy guidance and management oversight for the more than 400 U.S. government employees conducting U.S. public diplomacy in 13 countries.
She also served as the Counselor for Public Affairs in Sri Lanka, as the Chief of Staff for the Director General of Human Resources, as well as in Nepal, Nicaragua, and Hong Kong. She has received numerous Superior and Meritorious Honor Awards. Before joining the Foreign Service, she was the national spokesperson for the U.S. Border Patrol. She has studied Spanish, Cantonese, and Nepali and holds a Master's degree from Georgetown University.
