Reed Schuler covers climate change, energy, oceans, health, and environment issues. He previously worked in the Department of State as a member of the negotiations team for the Paris Agreement on climate change. Prior to joining the Department, he was a Fulbright Fellow in Harbin and Shanghai, China, worked on energy and climate issues for Mass Audubon and the New Sector Alliance in Massachusetts, and started and energy efficiency and conservation program for the Baltimore Office of Sustainability and Baltimore Community Foundation. He holds a B.A. from Pomona College and a J.D. from Yale.
