Adam Lusin

Adam Lusin covers innovation and technology, economic affairs, risk, fragile states, and management issues on the Secretary’s Policy Planning Staff. He also supports long-range strategic planning, international order, globalization and urbanization, and manages the Secretary’s Foreign Affairs Policy Board. He previously worked for the Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources as a Senior Advisor for the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review (QDDR). Prior to joining the Department he worked in management consulting on corporate-level strategies for both public and private sector organizations. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a MBA from George Washington University.
