Michael Kimmage covers issues related to Eastern Europe and Russia. He is serving on the Policy Planning Staff as a Franklin Fellow. An Associate Professor of history at the Catholic University of America, he has published books and articles about international affairs, Soviet and Russian politics, and the European-American relationship. He holds a B.A. from Oberlin, a second B.A. from Oxford, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and a Ph.D. from Harvard.
