The Virtual Fellows Program, established in 2014, is working toward including the knowledge and expertise of the American public in  U.S. Department of State projects. The VFP gives experienced professionals the opportunity to contribute by serving part-time as virtual consultants on issues, problems, or questions faced by the Department of State, domestic and abroad, without requiring physical relocation.
