Follow these steps to change your monitor resolution:

1. Right-click your computer desktop, and then select Properties.
2. In the Display Properties dialog box, select the Settings tab.
3. Drag the Screen resolution slider to the right to increase your monitor resolution.
4. Click the Apply button to set a new monitor resolution.
5. When the Monitor Settings dialog box appears, look at your display. If you like the new resolution, click the Yes button. If you do not like the resolution, click the No button, and return to step 3 to try a different resolution.
6. Click the OK button. The monitor resolution will change.

2. From the list of options, select Personalize.
3. In the Personalize Appearance and Sounds box, select Display Settings.
