The following are changes to text of individual country reports since publication August 10, 2016.

Azerbaijan

In Section II, Government Practices, corrected an editing error in a sentence so that it now reads “In 2014 the government had fined Abdiyev 6,000 manat ($3,704) and confiscated hundreds of books from him because he did not have a SCWRA license to sell religious literature.”

Finland

In the Executive Summary, last line of the first paragraph, corrected an editing error so that the sentence reads “The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health published new guidelines on circumcision that discouraged the practice.”
