The joint State-USAID fiscal year 2008 Congressional Budget Justification (CBJ) for Foreign Operations was initially submitted to Congress on February 13, 2007. An errata sheet demarcating and correcting errors in the original was provided to Congress on May 2, 2007. The version that follows reflects those corrections.
