In response to your Circular Letter No. 64 of 6 December 2011, on behalf of the United States of America, I have the pleasure to present the 1st set of proposals of the United States to the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT-12).

The United States is still actively engaged in its preparatory process and will provide additional contributions in the upcoming months.
